It's been a while (again) and lots of good stuff has happened. Tim and I had our first wedding anniversary on Novemeber 15!!! I can't believe it's been that long. It's been so great!!! So we decided to go away for the weekend just to get away for a while. We went to Park City because it's cheap and that's where we went on our honeymoon, plus I love it there! We stayed at the Best Western which was actually a lot better than I thought it would be. Except when we first got there we got our room key and I open the door and there's someone already in there. It was so weird. Lucky there wasn't anything going on in that room. So we ended up getting a bigger room that had a plasma tv because they made a mistake. It was a very relaxing weekend. We watched movies, went swimming, went out to eat, went shopping, and played ping pong, etc. It kind of sucked coming back to the real world again. But no pictures because I always forget to take pictures. Well, I do have a picture of us eating the top of our wedding cake which was suprisingly pretty good (except for the nasty icing that was inches thick and would not move, we steared clear of that stuff). Well, the next weekend (and throughout the week) I made an awesome gingerbread house. My mom used to always make one when I was growing up and I thought it was the coolest thing ever so I decided to convince her (and my sisters) to all make one together. I never realized how long it takes though. The first night I baked it which took like a couple of hours. The next night I put it together which was like 30 minutes. Then on Saturday I got to decorate it which by far took the longest. I was doing it for 6 hours. But I seriously loved every minute of it. Plus it probably took longer for me because I'm totally OCD about not messing it up and it being perfect. And of course I forgot to bring my camera so I don't have any pictures to show how awesome all of our gingerbread houses were (my mom and all of my sisters made one). But Erika took pictures so you can look at her blog to see how awesome they are at www.nateanderikagomm.blogspot.com. It was so much fun gingerbreading (that's what Tim kept calling it).

Ok, I know this is extremely delayed but I still want to post it because it was so much fun and I love the picture of Tim as Two Face so it must be shared and remembered. First was work, all the girls dressed up like football players. I wore Tim's BYU jersy which was huge on me but it still worked. Next we went to my parents to see everyone and have the traditional chili and carmal apple (which I crave all year). I loved seeing my neices and nephews all dressed up. They're so cute. Then we went to Tim's parents house to change into our costumes. I just put on a wig and painted my face and said I was a hippie. Tim's amazing mom made him a two face shirt and I painted half of his face. It would have worked better if we had more time but I think it still turned out pretty awesome. The pictures don't do it justice. Then we went to a party with some of Tim's old mission buddies. It was fun. We played guitar hero and watched Underworld (edited) on their awesome home theater system. I decided I need to have a home theater system one day. I'll catch up on stuff that's happened since Halloween soon.

The other night Tim came home and suprised me with a couple of pumpkins because I've been complaining that I want to do something for Halloween but we didn't have time. I was so excited because I can't even remember the last time I carved pumpkins. I always did the same thing (the triangle eyes and nose with a zigzagy mouth) so I decided to do something different this time. Tim was so clever with his drunken pumpkin so I decided to do a play off of that and do a love drunk pumpkin. But I can't really take full credit for mine because it was too tough for me to carve the pumpkin (I'm a little weakling plus it really was hard) so Tim carved it for me; but it was my idea. Anyway, I think they're pretty cool and it was a ton of fun!!

Tim is officially home from hunting!! I'm so excited that he's finally home but I'm also glad that he had a lot of fun on his trips; although he didn't shoot any elk or deer but he did get a couple pheasants. He went the first weekend in October for 6 days and he went this past weekend for just a couple of days. It sucked not having him around (I was going through withdrawls) but it was fun hanging out with my family and hanging out with friends that I hadn't seen in way too long. I stayed at my parents while he was gone because we arent' exactly living in the best neighborhood and I it's a lot more fun than hanging out by myself and sleeping in our big bed by myself. It was tons of fun hanging out with them! A lot of stuff happened too. The first thing I need to mention is on the way to Kristy's baby shower I got rear ended. It was the most bizzare experience because I motioned for her to follow me (both of our cars were still good enough to drive and it was in a busy intersection) and next thing I know she's driving away from me. So I had to follow her and of course I was an idiot and didn't call the cops but it didn't seem like there was any damage to my car and I thought I was being nice. Later that week my check engine light came on and I was freaking out but nothing ended up being wrong. Thank goodness. So back to the Logan trip. It was so awesome seeing you guys again! It had been way too long. Nothing else interesting really happened while he was gone; even though it was very busy. Thanks to everyone who kept me entertained while he was gone. Love you guys.

Alright, I finally decided to make a blog. People have been bugging me about it and I have tons of free time at work right now (which I should be using to do homework but that's not nearly as much fun). One other reason that I wanted to do this blog is that I need to keep track of things going on in my life and I'm horrible at writing in a journal so I thought this would be the best way. Plus, they're so cute. The first blog I read was my sister in laws blog and I thought it was so cute and hilarious and granted I don't have any baby stories for my blog to entertain others but I thought I'd at least do it to entertain myself.
